Far Cry 4

I don't know how I feel about this game.In one hand it has a very interesting things to do,plenty of content,but every time I do something in the game,it feels like Far Cry 3 copy and paste.Don't get me wrong,4 is still a good game,but this trend of "milking franchises" was just the beggining of fall for gaming.Gameplay was good,there is a plenty of variety things to do,even though someetimes it can feel very repetitive.I do not plan to buy dlc or any FC after this one,if I ever for some reason wanna play 5 or 6 I will rather download a game,not regret it after buying.So the game is a first person shooter adventure set in Kyrat.Map is huge,luckily we have a fast travel option.Graphics looks fantastic for 2014,and they aged well even now.Gameplay was pretty much FC3 paintjob with couple of added features,like climbing mechanics,riding elephants,shooting animals for crafting weapon hollsters,healing items,ammo,etc.There are 2 skill trees Tiger and Elephant.Tiger tree is basically about weapons,takedowns,and sprinting.Elephant is for healing slots,items,and my personal favorite Riding Elephants.You can actually climb on one and destroy everything in your path,it's the best thing in the game,and never gets old.There are plenty of missions and side activities to do like doing radio towers and outposts,fortresses,along with side missions from Yogi&Reggie,Longinus,and Shangri-la missions.Yogi and Reggie missions for me were painfully boring,because all you do is get a shot and walk around high.Longinus missions are repetitive,but still better than Y&R.Shangri La missions were very fun.It's how Fc Primal became a thing.In those missions you go back to ancient times and reach bell of enlighments.You are accompanied by Bangal Tiger and Elephant which help you along the way.There is a boss Rakhassa at the end and I got to say design vise it looks fantastic.Karma level system is like respect in GTA san andreas,you gain guns for hire and plenty of useful things.A lot of variety of weapons to use,sidearms,and signature weapons.My favorites are A.J.M9,P416,Z93 sniper,and recurve bow.Side content like bomb defusing,hostage rescue,racing etc,can get very repetitive after a while.Story was fine for the most part.Ajay Ghale is a horrible protagonist,the most naive yesman I ever seen.If you tell a guy to fall from bridge head first on mat,he does it.He didn't talk to much,shame because Ubisoft did a great job with Jason as protagonist.The villain from the cover is Pagan Min,probably the best character in the game.He was good,but again Ubisoft saw an opportunity to have ever antagonist from this point to be like Vaas,and it's not great since Pagan doesn't get enough screen time.I like how the story is about politics,there are 2 characters who keep arguing about how Kyrat should be.One wants to follow tradition,while other wants to use drug fields for money end education.When watching all endings in the game whoever takes over The Golden Path it ends up in bad way.Ironacly siding with the villain is actually the best ending in the game which happens as secret ending,where you just need to stand there for 10-15 minutes and ending happens,it was hilarious.Ost is not that interesting.Overall a great game,but being another Far Cry 3 ruined the game for me,because everything you do in this one,you can do in previous game

- Some Side Missions get repetitive

The best in the series 💓

I love how each farcry takes place in a different area, this one's in India. The horrors of pagan min to the people makes you furious enough to just choose the option of killing him in the end. Plus the idea of choosing different paths was unique for its time
